Guest Content Writing Standards

As a modern HR software company, we aim to educate, assist, and engage HR managers and team members. We do not accept highly product-focused or promotional guest posts. Our audience trusts us to provide content in their best interests.

  • Content should be 750+ words, with longer form content between 1000-1500 words being most engaging.

  • Make the content digestible with helpful headings, bullets, and numbers.

  • Write in a conversational tone that is casual, helpful, and informative. Try to use active voice.

  • Only contribute original content; no repurposed, plagiarized, duplicate, or purely AI-generated content.

  • Hyperlink to your original sources and give credit where due.

  • Offer actionable suggestions and takeaways.

  • Added Bonuses:

    • Use statistics from credible and verifiable sources.

    • Include outbound links to authoritative sites.

  • Include a headshot and bio for the author that clearly denotes this as a guest post.
